Executive Chef Andrea Harling is no stranger to the kitchen. With over a decade of culinary experience she has handcrafted our menu to allow the natural flavours of our food to express themselves. Working with neighbouring companies to seek out the finest in regional and local organic produce, is the essence of Andrea's culinary passion and philosophy.
