OUR CHEF - ANDREA HARLING

Originally from Toronto, Executive Chef Andrea Harling was lured into the culinary world when her passion for this industry and for food was recognized at an early age. Andrea went on to study at Sir Sandford Fleming College, where she learned to develop her own unique style and flair. She continued with her career at restaurants throughout Ontario, becoming an Executive Chef, at the age of 23.

Andrea's culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle. Working with neighbouring companies to seek out the finest in regional and local organic produce, is the essence of her cuisine. Andrea's preference is to allow the natural flavours of the food to express themselves. The importance of using local, sustainable, and great quality products is of high importance to Chef Andrea.
